We store all dates and times internally in UTC/GMT (Universal Coordinated Time/
Grenwich Mean Time). When we display times for you, as a convenience we
shows them in your local, or your selected, time zone. Generally this is of
little to no consequence. It does mean however, that if you are in a time
zone where daylight savings is adjusted, the local time shown may change for
recordings that were made/saved on 'the other side' of a time change.
